UX / UI person... yes—you... the failed designer w/your piss-poor attention to detail and sheer lack of respect for those who consistently outperform you... ... you are my first world problem - I'm tired of you... you make my days longer than they need to be... your suggestions are of no use to the design... ... yet - I HAVE to incorporate them regardless...
I used to design Magazines, books... annual reports... lengthy brochures and booklet-like collateral before websites / apps...
... did you exist then? Did 'the agency' have someone just like you there to tell the AD's and designers how to layout said Mag / Book / Booklet / Brochure / etc??? NO... Nope... you didn't exist back then - so I'm confused why you exist now. Nobody ever asks for your shitty opinion when they're laying out a brochure / book / mag... ... yet on a simple THREE PAGE WEBSITE... YOU'RE CONSIDERED A KEY PLAYER?
UI / UX person... ... why do you even exist?... I'm lost WITH YOU... my work suffers BECAUSE OF YOU... and my portfolio will go w/out another piece BECAUSE OF YOU...
