I was in a screen print shop and they had stuff for printing on mugs and cups and all that so I don't think an outer curve would be a problem. Screen printing on a hollow inside though, might be tough and i'm not sure do-able with a screen print. You'd probably need something more like a stamp or a stencil
Have you thought about stickers? Or what about decals (like used on models) or something like that, that is basically a screen print but applied on a film first and then transferred?
