hmm... not sure of what you're looking for....
I do know a Chicago photographer who's done at least one beauty-makup shoot in Argentina, in part because the ad agency/client wanted to hire models who were "slightly different looking" and probably much more likely to sign contracts that gave away more of their residual income than American models would.... I think they brought all of their own crew including MUA's and lighting assistants though.....
