v nice setup, but why the i7 970? the i5-2500k is a lot cheaper and overall about the same performance. The i7 970 is a chunk better in 3d though. But for photoshop (which i think you done more than anything else), there is 1% improvement for i7 970.
The only major benefit of the i7 970 over the 2500k is in 3d performance, where its about 15-25% better.
If you've already got all the parts and the money isnt an issue, its no problem, its a crazy good cpu.

Ive got a (what would be considered old) 'amd Phenom II X4 955 be' quad core, overclocked slightly and its a beast.Your new cpu is like 20-30% better than mine and overclocks crazy good, plus with that h60 the overclocking will be schweeeet. ENJOY!
Also you aint got an SSD? your system needs one dude!
