I got popped too, my back was killing too, couldn't walk but I made it to the chiropractor, it was amazing, we all crack our backs and stuff, but they will crack things you've never thought possible and it feels AMAZING.
My only turnoff was that my guy was super christian, and he gave me this 45min speech about his profession (because he felt guilty that I would think he was a scammer posing as a doctor) which I swear I didn't give a shit, I just wanted him to roundhouse kick me in my lowerback with his knee.
He started saying things like, Well Jesus wanted you to come here to let you know that you need to take care of your body...
I looked around and all christian photos, the cross on his neck was in tune with their christian rock radio blasting on the speakers, I never went back, he scared the shit out of me, but only because of the religious thing, I need to find another guy.
