I just got back from a nice climb this morning...started going up this small mountain right in the middle of town a few weeks ago...
2-3 times a week is now my goal (i actually went up 4 times this week and will more than likely wake up and wander up there again tomorrow a.m.)...- nice. Walking is good for the mind. Great for fat loss too, more so than cardio.Hombre_Lobo
