Though it was 8 years ago, we stayed at Hotel Prima Lepic in Montmartre, which is a wonderful part of the city and it was pretty inexpensive.
Though, at the time in 2003 we went on a package deal in February, and I swear to God - $539 a piece for airfare round trip, hotel for 6 days, breakfast every morning, airport transportation, and a cruise in the Seine. Still crazy to me how cheap it was.
