    This recession provided an opportunity for companies to realize that they can do the same work, or more, with less personnel. Just work the poor bastards who are afraid of losing their job harder.
    There's no incentive to hire because producing more is useless since households don't have the income to buy more. Keeping tax cuts as they are isn't going to change that.
