he was on the sidewalk, riding against traffic.
i was looking to the left, he was coming from the right.
another guy from work was right behind me and said he saw me inching forward to make the turn and watched the guy ride right into the front of my car.
the cop didn't issue a ticket because 1. i'd be at fault and would have gotten the ticket 2. my insurance rate would have gone up and 3. i have a 250 deductible so overall it would cost me more to have it fixed that just say 'fuck it' and live with a big scratch.hopefully if karma has it's way some jerkface will plow his car into the front of mine in the near future and i'll get him to fix it.
