The ISPs are spying on their customers and sharing private information under the pretence of copyright. They talk tough a lot. I'd like to know how they could prove or verify you in fact downloaded something they own the copyright to. Anybody could download a bogus torrent or file with virus or malware in it labelled "Family Guy", doesn't mean its actually Family Guy.
