Pathetic is the one that first came to mind.
Live and let live. Get drunk or whatever you please by yourself if you want to. It's your life and you decide how to live it.
If you need a social event (or anything really) to reason and dictate your own actions you'd be far more "strange" than those who don't. At least to me.
Not that I'd care about strange at all, I just like pointing out hypocrisies.
