^ hey, if instead of using the job board, somebody post here as in "yeah mate, there's an opening in the agency I work for / my agency" you might see a slightly more positive attitude.
also, shit hot + guru + awesome, in only 4 lines sounds to me like the very best way to discourage designers/devs to join.
