imo, i would keep them separate. i feel the work loses its draw & power when you have everything on page. definitely link to everything though on each site.
also people (potential employers) tend to get scared when you present yourself in a way that says, "i can do everything just look." don't know why, but that's my experience. maybe it says you have a lack of focus.
anyways i keep my stuff separate. used to just mash everything together.
