Aside from the obvious race baiting here...
All the "horrible" practices mentioned such as czars and recess appointments were used extensively by past Presidents. They were only demonized by Fox News to fool gullible people on the right.
BTW, did you know that Rick Perry forced every elementary school age girl in Texas to get vaccinated for STDs? He mandated them by law to buy a product manufactured by Merck, while a Merck lobbyist was his chief of staff. That's gangsta for you
