  If it:

  1) Could be self-hosted, and;
  2) Had a comprehensive budgeting and invoicing module which takes into account team members' hourly costs+markup where applicable

  ... then I'd be all over this. However, it seems neither of these key factors (for me, anyway) are in place, so I shall pass on it. Not least of which because I'm incredibly distrustful of anything 'cloud'.
