I got that same email. I use an old G4 Titanium plugged into my stereo system. I actually like they way it looks next to all my vintage marantz equipment but it's driving me crazy the way it stalls in-between every song.
I thought it was just my old mac but it does the same thing at work running a Mac Pro Tower with 10.6.8.
I was almost going to pay when it was running smoothly but theres now way in hell I'm paying monthly for this.
