Work for a good firm and do lots of work for all 3 :)
Otherwise:
1) Apple – this will add the most bang for your buck to your resume design-wise, and they have lots of turnover so you should expect it to be a 1-2 year position max anyway unless you really drink the Koolaid and want to work on a single brand for a long ass time?
2) Google – you will have more freedom, and opportunity to grow. Lots of your projects will never make it out of the concept phase / go public, but they treat their employees really well, their campus is rad, and you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects.
3) Microsoft – Lots of opportunity to innovate here int he concepts phas but as has been mentioned already, most if it will never get out the gate – and lots of it will be on NDA lockdown in terms of you being able to share with the world.
