I'd probably go for Google, and yes I'm a big fan of Android and Google products, but that isn't my reasoning.
Apple UX/UI would intimidate me, and also Apple's products are so uniformed (in a good way) that I feel creativity working with them would be quite limited.
Google acquire new things all the time and have their teams rework and rebrand it to match they're own style. I also think Google's UI/UX is weaker than Apple's generally, and working at Google would give me the opportunity to really make a mark on things.
I'd choose Google over Microsoft for the 'make your mark by raising the bar' reasoning because I still think Microsoft's methods are probably a bit old-fashioned and the machine is a bit hard to manoeuvre, where Google seem to be keen on small explorative teams, which, from my experience, is a lot more efficient and a much more enjoyable environment to be in.
Also, I'd like my work to reach everyone, not just the elite.
The thing I like about my work at the moment is that my mum can use my product. Google is on everything, where, for the most part, Apple is only on expensive devices suited for technophiles and the wealthy.
If I were a product designer I'd be all over Apple, but as a UX/UI designer I want my product seen by all, not just the rich people. Google gives that opportunity, Apple doesn't.
