To answer a couple of questions above...

The pens are simply the best thing to happen to sketching since the kneaded eraser, in my opinion. They allow hyper-precise, flawless scribbling at a microscopic size. It's like drawing with a rigid, steel hair, with ink that never disrupts, and a tip that never stutters.

I was a character designer in animation in a former life, and these pens were the standard for creating the perfect line. Their control and reliability are unmatched.

Today, as a creative director, these pens are essential for developing logos at a very small size (two-inch square), comping rapid layouts and throwing together all kinds of decent-looking ideas for quick review.

If any of you are considering a career in which drawing plays a part (assuming all of you are, since you're on this forum—though it shocks me at how few designers know how to draw or paint), I'd advise picking up one or two and a brand new sketchbook, and using them daily until either the sketchbook or the pen runs out. You won't regret it.

    Draw.
