I haven't been following this closely but according to this article won't the police/government have to pay for damages according to the Riot Damages Act? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finan…
While the dumb kids are essentially destroying their own neighborhoods isn't it ironic that the police will end up paying for most of this? I know this opens up a conversation about taxes and budgets but aren't they also getting back at the po-po because of this?
