  Big Cartel & Shopify: these are real easy to use. But for small shops can quickly eat into the small profits you'll be making initally. Shopify is very easy to use and has an excellent backend but little things like having to pay extra just to get use of coupons really annoyed me.

  For a small shop though like popfodders said you can buy pretty decent well thought out eCom templates for wordpress with all the functionality built in. Which you can customize. Really any solution you go for will have to be customized anyway.
