  It is probable the there is an underlying social economic tension with this area and group of people who reside it. This regardless of country in western society, occurs as a result of such. The sense of communal values disappear as they destroy their own backyard resulting from anger toward any sort of authority to provide context to the issue. While most have no inkling of identity or society, it is a social problem stemming from inequalities.
