i don't know anything about those artists, but there are the usual questions:
who are your inspirations?
what direction would you like to move toward next?
do you want to try any other aspects of show business(acting, etc)?
As an ex-journalism student, the key to a really good interview is to find out what you can about the interviewee beforehand so that you can ask more in-depth questions. the ones i suggested are okay if you're writing for a mainstream pub. but that's it. i know this doesn't help, me giving you suggestions and then saying they suck, but at least i responded :)
