  sociodesign smacks of desperate. Their copy is the insecure crap that designers put out all the time. I've been guilty of it too. "We may not be big and international with lots of cool offices...." "Awards are great, but who needs 'em" type stuff reads to me like a chip on their shoulder for not being successful. Needs more positive. Just like my post.
