    Too bad there is no "generic Republican candidate" popfodders

    The only Republican who is at all competitive with Obama is Romney - and it's looking increasingly likely he won't get the nomination now that Rick Perry has decided to run.

    Not saying that won't change - but you can't beat something with nothing.
