Obama is screwed and here's why, incumbents never do well when the economy is in the shitter. Do you honestly think it's going to get better between now and 2012, enough for people to believe in this inexperienced, unqualified joker? The only reason he won was due to the fact that there was 8 years of a Republican and Bush wasn't very good, but if the economy had been great at that point, independents and middle-liners would have been very hesitant to vote for him.
Reminds me of sports and for example, NFL football, Tim Tebow, easy to sell him to Denver Bronco fans since their team stunk for the last 4 years. Easier to work him in, give him a chance and swallow it. But if he sucks for the next two, see you later buddy.
