  The new Macbook Air only supports up to 4GB de RAM, at least for me I can't justify such an investment on something that has the same RAM I put to my iMac 4 years ago and that was a 60€ upgrade 4 years ago.

  I bought 2 sticks of 4GB two days go for my gf's new iMac and upped it to 12GB of RAM, those 2 sticks were 60€ euros, same price I paid for 4GB 4 years ago.

  They should have let those things went up to 8GB RAM at least.

  • I guess SSD allows for faster memory swapping, it's still not the same.raf
  • I'll wait for benchmarks but I am tempted to get the 11" now that it has the same specs as 13"raf
