Here you go:
http://bit.ly/pOajazIt's a an xml based file system, with full folder level structure and OS apps like photo viewer, video player, email client, IM client, stickies, twitter widget etc etc..
It was meant to appear as if a visitor is exploring Nev's computer and see how he interacts with and you do like a bit of voyeuristic approach. You can even see his prior chats with the chick if you go to My Documents/Chat or history or something like that.. I forget.
