so how do i know/make my profile public?
im confused, you have circles, but i cant see a clear line between someone being on G+ and someone being your friend. I assume if they are in a circle they are a friend, but do they know that they are in your circle?
It seems you add anyone even if they dont want to be in your circle or be your friend :/
