Drinking Water? You really are a loon if you think the cost/benefit ratio of the efforts involved in Libya outweigh access to potable water for the involved parties.
The reasons We've gone into Libya are the reasons that everyone knows already, namely:
• Euro Oil Interests
• Euro southern-body strengthening (immigration-minded)
• Mediterranean theatre expansion/consolidation for NATO
• Proxy campaign in Africa as Cold Operations against Chinaetc
You really don't need to look that hard for myriad non-looney-tunes reasons for this ‘kinect enterprise’.
