it's been so long since we so a GOOD social network like Google+.. Facebook looks like crap after using Google+ for a while but Google+ will and does FAR more than Facebook does.
And to those who say, Facebook is a way people keep in touch with their families. That's really completely irrelevant. Facebook is not Skype.. Skype has far more REAL value than Facebook ever had.
Facebook doesn't have a proper business model for fuck sakes and it's valued at 100 billion dollars.. are you nuts? It just shows how much investors and people are again so greedy and deluded they can't see what kind of bubble and idiocy they are investing in.
Btw, Google+ will eventually kill Facebook without a single doubt. When they completely integrate everything with their apps people use on daily basis (and like everyone) is using Google apps in one way or another, people start using hangouts, filter content with circles and start using Google+ as part of their lives on their devices and so on (which is only natural progression and is coming without a doubt) Facebook is dead.
It won't happen maybe over night because it takes a while for hundreds of billions of people to start using something else, to really dig and realize how much better Google+ really is to Facebook, a realization I've come to after using G+ for 2 days. It's ridiculously stupid for me to go back to Facebook. I'm not joking.
The bottom line, parents, families and so on go where their younger family members (those in the know) are going. And I have never seen a social network or a service that allowed me to add like over 100+ people on it in a day and have almost all of my friends on Google+.
It's inertia of the new thing, just like it happened to MySpace with Facebook. Is MySpace still around? Sure, but it's really kind of not popular at all.. this is what I mean will happen with Facebook. Some people will linger but REALLY, who's not going to switch to Google+ eventually? Especially with all those fantastic features and ability to video chat with multiple people etc etc. It's just next generation shit and Facebook doesn't really have an answer for and can't fight.
Facebook is not a product for people. It's a hangout place and as hangout place, they can switch to something in a blink of an eye.
Just watch what will start happening. Facebook will desperately start blocking Facebook apps and tools that help people export their content from Facebook so they can import it in Google+ which is already happening btw. This is the only way they will try keeping people.
Google+ is exploding and it's not even open to public yet. That tells you everything. People fucking HATE Facebook.
