    I picked it up traveling West Africa. Had 2 bouts of it over 7 months over there and one mild relapse on return to North America. The hospital over here had no idea how to deal with it... care was almost better in Africa except for the doctor trying to scam me for extra cash.

    As MrT said - "Fcking horrible" only way to describe. Thought I was gonna die in the thick of first wave.
