I like the colour scheme, but there is too much happening in the navigation... I don't speak the language, but it looks a little confusing.
1. Does "INFO & COMENZI TELEFONICE: 0749.99.76.87" need to be up the top... It looks tacked on at the last minute.
2. I hope you can update the logo, because it looks old fashioned, a little generically feminine, and the 'K' overpowers the rest.
3. The logo needs to be integrated a little more, or given more space.
4. On pages with text content the lines of text are far too long for comfortable reading. Try adding some photos on the right or left to help. This is a great place for naked photos to add some spice. :)
5. The grid you are using on product pages is working well... use it more like lining up the search bar with the grid, and on the text heavy pages.
6. The Tag Cloud at the bottom also brings the tone of the site down to bargain basement level.
