Michael Bay is like the new, more EXTREME version of Joel Shumacher, the clown that did those 2 batman movies after Tim Burton's.

He'll keep getting work in Hollywood but he's starting to become a punchline with how corny and over the top his movies are. I think he thinks the only way to make a movie interesting is to have as much going on as possible at all times.

Its funny I watch a movie like No Country For Old Men for example, and really there's next to nothing happening in that movie, nothing really pretty to look at, not even a real ending to the movie, and it's FAR more interesting than any of these Transformers movies. And all it took to get there was very well written dialogue, quality actors and some simple but interesting plot elements.

    • Oh, and not 1 single explosion in no country.CygnusZero4
