i started with an onion dipped in olive oil and rubbed the grill til i saw a nice shine.. then i sparked the grill up and pre-heated the inside til it reached 400° for over 7 minutes.. i had pre-made 4 skewers of quartered onions, peppers, portabello mushrooms, garlic cloves and potatoes, also i had 4 ears of corn on the cob on the grill all nice.. i had the night before made a jalepeno pepper garlic marination for my 2 T-Bone steaks, 2 Rib Eyes and a few hot dogs and burgers or sliders depending on who ate it.. all cooked at a max medium temp.. bloody and juicy!!
it was all yummy.
