i got an EPSON C80 for about £100 - Although the ink is more expensive, you get much better results by using seperate CMYK colours. Its a brilliant printer and i'm very pleased with it.
If you buy ink in places like costco you save a fortune - without buying in bulk. Mach 3 blades are damn cheap too.
