    Data Encryptor - Just use an encrypted DMG or Truecrypt
    Backup - Time Machine
    Undelete - Time Machine (much more reliable)
    Shredder - Secure delete in Finder
    Disk Usage - Download Grand Perspective
    Fast Cleanup - Download Onyx
    Wise Uninstaller - Takes 2 minutes to do this yourself
    Files Finder - Spotlight
    Update Tracker - App Store does this, and most non-app store apps use Sparkle
    Login Items - Users pref pane already does this
    Default Apps - Finder does this
    Geeks on Demand - 1000s of forums do this for free
