chef, youre an idiot...dont get all offended when you dont find anyone helping you with an unique iTunes problem...and its not a horrible for someone who doesnt have your problem to advise a forum dedicated to the OS or software...thats where unusual problems can often get solved most quickly....
and if youre iBook is new, you have apple telephone support you can use....
