yeah, i like it a lot. I like it for its small size and the fact that it has pretty good features for what i want out of a camera (can change pic sizes and light settings, etc.) There are 4 other people I work with that bought the same one too. I got mine for $384, so it was a great deal for me.
As for offering advice for good pics, I wouldn't be much help, other than play around with the ISO setting, because a lot of my pics come out blurry, due to the shutter speeds. But that's what's great about a digital camera...if your shot comes out bad, you can take it again....most of the time.
