yeah, it seems like a pretty boring place...
maybe you should re-decorate the office.. to get everyone in the mood. I'm thinking 70s disco-style, with blinking lights in the floor, strobe lights and some hot clothing. That'll cheer anyone up. If not, ask to get a big raise, you deserve it then.
