Smart guy. Probably pays about 100us per month for an employee. Then sells the wares at US types of prices. Typical outsourcing. That most US companies use. His spin is a bit different. Instead of competing in quality vs cost. He just prices them mid market and then sells the emotional goodness that you will feel knowing you have some how helped someone. Not really a business model i admire, and a bit sleazy in its falseness in telling you should feel good about being swindled. But hey if the argentina cats get a free pair of shoes they make instead of buying them for a buck and people dig that cool.
