This fat guy that I used to work with was ALWAYS scratching the crack of his ass. Well, apparently he scratched away the skin over time and that combined with his ass-sweat caused a cyst to form. And he let that shit go until it got infected and he had to go to the ER. It was horrible, he missed like 3 weeks of work.
If it's acting up or hurting now all of a sudden, get it checked out!!
