Sounds like there are issues on both sides. They're probably having growing pains and need to get their shit together. If you see the lack of structure it's possible that their clients do, too. That could be why larger web projects aren't coming their way. They need to set timelines, goals, etc. with you. You need to (try to) manage this woman's expectations. You've been there 10 years and you have no say in any of this?
