sure you can upload sound loops of full length songs at http://www.flashkit.com or even full-length and put copyright information based upon that, such as shareware, must purchase if using commercially type shit. Also at http://www.acidplanet.com and also you can contact various sites that do this kind of things. Google.com is a good start.
