  My 9 year old daughter had recently eaten all her favorite cereal and was forced to raid the wife's Fiber One, and upon eating it pulled that face they do at this age, before they start actually saying out loud that just said "for fuck's sake, what is this shit.', and declared it to be cardboard yes, delicious, no.
  I like it, myself, I can't get enough fiber, even All Bran isn't too fibery for me, bring it..
