  It bothers me that funding on this has to be cut - but if there are more important issues such as schools, medical funding, roads, police, welfare etc etc... ... then so be it... yes?

  The article doesn't even touch on why... it just mentions that it did pass in a repubby controlled legislature... //nice reporting, msnbc
