In Spain the problem of unemployment is structural
Who blame the economic crisis only to large banks, multinationals and speculators, not to understand that Spain, with unemployment around 20%, has a serious problem of additional employment that has nothing to do with global crisis since the transition from unemployment figures have never dropped 8.5%, while there has been quite long periods in which unemployment has exceeded 20%. These are figures that any country that is considered civilized and prosperous can afford.A problem of structural unemployment means that there are not enough companies to absorb a significant portion of the workforce, regardless of any other explanation that the strike may have, eg a weak labor market.
- True, but the structural problems become more glaring in light of the global banking crisisTheBlueOne
