Yeah london. Im not looking for a second raise, its this one thats up for negotiation as i only found out today. My job description changed completely from a few months in here and they said I should really have been moved up 6 months ago, if anything I undervalued myslef when I started. Theyve also said that Im the only person (out of around 100 creative staff) who has my exact skill set to bring video and design together. Im really just asking what the industry average is really and whether I can chance my arm given that Im batting away £200 a day freelance jobs to stay here and also get regularly contacted by headhunters
