Wow, this one beats mine hands down...
Then again, his site says 1999-2010... Yours is from 2001... You ripped him...
Find out as much info on him as you can and then socially fuck him up.
A direct message calling him out could do the trick too, at least with getting him to take it down.
No idea with regard to legal action though.
