Its a bad font. Honestly. I am not trying to be a pain about it, but the sample you are asking about is terrible, in typographic terms.
Better, if it is possible, given the context, for you to ask for a typeface that has some properties that you need (or recognize in this face) and ask for suggestions.
Also, say what you need it for, and why.
Just a suggestion, not trying to rain on your parade.
